At the start of 2020, just before the COVID-19 pandemic took the world by storm, Judy Alter retired from her successful career at Mutual of Omaha. She chose to take a leap of faith and pursue her dream of owning her own company, The Optimistic BA. Judy decided to invest in her future by partnering with Biaka Works to bring her brand to life.
“I CAN’T BELIEVE I MADE THIS!” That’s how Sallie Dale, founder of The Urban Acres, wants you to feel after crafting with one of her custom punch needle or embroidery kits. The Urban Acres was a perfect fit for our signature branding package, The Works. So, we got to work.
Brennen and Dalton, best friends and cousins with entrepreneurial spirits, longed to solve an everyday problem. They knew they didn’t want to reinvent the wheel- they simply wanted an existing “wheel” to be made better. Speaking of wheels, Brennen and Dalton remembered that they both took pride in maintaining their vehicles. Royal Detailing and Sanitation was born.

“The Pink House” in historic Belvedere Mansion is a jewel in the crown of Claremore, Oklahoma. Shari Beguin, entrepreneur and owner of The Pink House, has spent the last thirty years making her mother’s dream of owning a teahouse a reality. Shari wanted The Pink House’s new branding to bring consistency to every Pink House destination experience, and Biaka Works partnered with her to make it happen.
