This project was a lot of fun and work. I am a graphic designer using digital medium to layout many of my client’s work.
But for this one I got to work with Jerry Mosemak (who designed the logo) and the Colonial Presbyterian creative team’s calligrapher.
Incorporating the logo and the calligraphy, I then gathered actual produce from this community garden and took them into a photo studio. There I was able to experiment with my own photography and lighting skills. I was definitely felt out of my comfort zone, but once the images were cropped and laid out on InDesign, I was quite happy with the end product.
The clients loved it and I was happy to use their own produce to highlight the work they did
